Surface treatment and cleaning before two-color printing
1. Material preparation and pretreatment
When selecting high-quality stainless steel as the raw material for the camera shutter release bracket, strict material inspection is first required to ensure that its chemical composition and mechanical properties meet the design requirements. Subsequently, the stainless steel raw material is processed to the required size and shape through preliminary processing methods such as cutting and grinding to prepare for subsequent precision stamping and two-color printing processes.
2. Surface cleaning and degreasing
Before two-color printing, the cleanliness of the surface is crucial. Any grease, stains or oxide residues may affect the adhesion of the ink and the printing effect. Heaten uses advanced ultrasonic cleaning technology combined with environmentally friendly cleaning agents to deeply clean the stainless steel surface, effectively removing grease, dust and tiny particles while avoiding corrosion to the material itself. After cleaning, use a high-pressure air gun to blow dry or hot air to dry to ensure that the surface is dry and free of residue.
3. Chemical treatment and passivation
To improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of printing inks, we will chemically treat the stainless steel surface, such as pickling and passivation. This process can remove trace oxides on the surface and form a dense passivation film, which not only enhances the uniformity and glossiness of the surface, but also provides a good base for subsequent printing processes.
Surface protection and cleaning after precision stamping
1. Stamping process and burr removal
Precision stamping is a key step in the molding of camera shutter release brackets. Heaten has 30 stamping precision processing equipment ranging from 110T to 1000T, which can accurately control the stamping depth, speed and pressure to ensure the precise size and stable shape of the parts. After stamping, tiny burrs may appear on the surface of the parts. We use precision polishing and deburring tools, combined with vibration grinding or electrochemical polishing technology, to gently and efficiently remove these defects and keep the surface smooth and tidy.
2. Temporary anti-rust protection
To prevent the stamped parts from rusting during subsequent processing or storage, we will immediately perform temporary anti-rust treatment on them. Common methods include applying anti-rust oil, spraying anti-rust wax or packaging with vapor phase anti-rust paper, which can effectively isolate air and moisture and protect parts from corrosion.
3. Re-cleaning and preparation
Before two-color printing, the parts that have been stamped and anti-rusted need to be cleaned again to remove any residues that may affect the printing quality. At this time, we use a more sophisticated cleaning process, such as using pure water spray combined with ion exchange technology to ensure that the surface is absolutely clean and free of any contaminants.
Connection between two-color printing and subsequent processes
1. Accurate alignment and positioning before printing
Using high-precision positioning fixtures and jigs to ensure that each part can be accurately aligned on the printing press is the key to achieving accurate alignment of two-color printing patterns. Heaten has the ability to independently design and manufacture various precision molds and jigs, which provides strong technical support for our two-color printing process.
2. Quality control of the printing process
In the two-color printing process, we use advanced printing equipment and inks to ensure that the ink is evenly attached, the color is full and the edges are clear by precisely controlling the printing pressure, speed and temperature. At the same time, the online detection system is used to monitor the printing quality in real time. Once an abnormality is found, it is adjusted immediately to ensure that each product meets the quality standards.
3. Curing and cleaning after printing
After printing, the ink needs to be cured to enhance its adhesion and durability. According to the type of ink, we choose the appropriate curing method, such as hot air drying, UV curing, etc. After curing, the surface is cleaned again to remove any residual curing agent or dust, in preparation for subsequent assembly and testing.
