1. Advanced spot welding equipment and process optimization
Heaten is equipped with industry-leading spot welding equipment, which is not only high-precision and high-efficiency, but also equipped with intelligent control systems that can automatically adjust welding parameters such as welding current, welding time and electrode pressure according to actual welding needs. This intelligent adjustment ensures that each welding can reach the best state, reduces the errors caused by human operation, and thus improves the firmness and consistency of the welds.
In terms of process optimization, we have conducted in-depth research on the spot welding characteristics of different materials (such as stainless steel, aluminum alloy and other materials commonly used in printer structural parts), and through repeated experiments and data analysis, we have developed exclusive welding process solutions for different materials. These solutions cover key links such as the selection of electrode materials, the setting of welding parameters, and preheating treatment to ensure that the welding process can fully melt the parent material and form a strong metallurgical bond, while avoiding deformation or cracks caused by overheating.
2. Strict welding process control
In order to ensure welding quality, we implement a strict quality control system during the production process. Starting from the inspection of raw materials, each batch of materials must undergo rigorous chemical composition analysis and mechanical property testing to ensure that it meets the design requirements. Before welding, we will also clean the workpiece to remove impurities such as oil, oxides, etc. on the surface to ensure a good welding contact surface.
During the welding process, we use online monitoring technology to monitor key parameters such as welding current, voltage and electrode displacement in real time. Once an abnormality is found, we will immediately stop the machine for inspection to avoid defects. In addition, we also regularly maintain and calibrate the welding equipment to ensure the stability and accuracy of the equipment.
3. Quality inspection and evaluation after welding
After welding, we use a variety of inspection methods to evaluate the quality of the welding points. Hexagon three-dimensional coordinate measuring machines and 2.5-dimensional image measuring machines are widely used to accurately measure the size and position accuracy of welding points to ensure that each welding point meets the design requirements. Salt spray testers are used to evaluate the corrosion resistance of welded parts, simulate the use in harsh environments, and ensure that the product can maintain long-term stability in actual applications.
In addition to physical testing, we also conduct destructive tests, such as tensile tests, to verify whether the strength of the welding points meets the mechanical requirements of the product design. These tests not only help us to find potential quality problems in time, but also provide valuable data support for the continuous improvement of welding processes.
4. Technological innovation and customized services
Heaten has deep technical accumulation in the field of mold design and precision stamping, which enables us to provide one-stop services from mold design to finished product manufacturing according to the specific needs of customers. In the spot welding process, we are also actively exploring the application of new technologies and processes, such as laser spot welding, ultrasonic spot welding, etc. These technologies can further improve welding efficiency and quality, especially when processing thin plate materials.
We have a professional R&D team that can customize the design of welding solutions according to the special needs of customers for printer structural parts, including the layout of welding points, optimization of welding sequence, etc., to achieve the best welding effect and cost-effectiveness.
5. Supply chain integration and cost advantage
As a company with two foundries and a CNC processing plant, Heaten has significant advantages in supply chain integration. This not only ensures a stable supply and quality control of raw materials, but also enables us to flexibly allocate resources during the production process and effectively reduce production costs. Therefore, while providing high-quality spot welding services, we can provide customers with more competitive prices and achieve a win-win situation.
