In the surface treatment process of Switch console slides, how is vibration grinding technology implemented specifically? What kind of surface finish can it achieve?


Vibration grinding is an efficient and high-precision process method used by Heaten when processing the surface of precision metal parts. It is particularly suitable for products such as Switch console slides that have strict requirements on surface finish and dimensional accuracy. The core of this technology is to use the combined effect of high-frequency vibration and grinding media to perform micro-grinding and polishing on the surface of the workpiece to remove burrs, oxide layers, and improve surface finish and flatness.
Mold design and material selection: In response to the special needs of Switch console slides, Heaten's engineers will design special molds and use cylinder core mechanisms to ensure accuracy and stability during the stamping process. The choice of mold material is also crucial. Stainless steel is the first choice because of its good corrosion resistance, hardness and processability. This process not only removes tiny flaws on the workpiece surface, but also gradually smoothes the surface through the continuous flushing of the grinding media. Subsequent processing: After vibration grinding, the workpiece must also go through steps such as cleaning and drying to remove residual grinding media and impurities. Heaten uses advanced cleaning equipment combined with environmentally friendly cleaning agents to ensure that the surface of the workpiece is thoroughly cleaned. For some products with special requirements, magnetic grinding or sandblasting may also be performed to further improve the surface quality.
