1. Precision mold design and manufacturing: laying the foundation for precise alignment
In the production process of AD BOX shield, the design and manufacturing of molds are the foundation of the foundation. Heaten focuses on the design of precision metal molds and has 20 mold manufacturing equipment, including but not limited to wire cutting machines, machining centers, water grinders and fine grinders, etc. These high-precision equipment ensures the accuracy and durability of the molds. In response to the special needs of advertising box shielding, we use advanced CAD/CAM systems for mold design, optimize the mold structure through precise 3D modeling and simulation analysis, and ensure the uniform flow and precise positioning of materials during stamping. In addition, the mold manufacturing process strictly follows the ISO9001 quality management system standards, and each process is strictly quality controlled to ensure that the mold accuracy reaches the micron level, laying a solid foundation for the precise alignment of the shielding unit.
2. High-precision continuous die stamping: a key step to achieve precise positioning
The selection of 0.1~0.2mm thin materials such as stainless steel, SPTE, KU360S, etc. is a common choice in the production of advertising box shielding. These materials not only have good conductivity and corrosion resistance, but also can reduce weight while ensuring strength. Heaten is equipped with 30 stamping precision processing equipment, covering punching machines from 110T to 1000T, which can meet the stamping needs of materials of different materials and thicknesses. In the high-precision continuous die stamping process, we use advanced servo drive technology and closed-loop control systems to ensure that every action in the stamping process can be precisely controlled to achieve high-precision forming and positioning of the material. By optimizing the stamping path and pressure distribution, reducing material deformation, ensuring that each shielding unit can maintain extremely high dimensional accuracy and position accuracy after stamping, creating favorable conditions for subsequent precise alignment.
3. Automated full inspection and precision measurement: ensuring the consistency and accuracy of each unit
In order to achieve precise alignment between AD BOX shield units, Heaten introduced advanced automated full inspection processes and precision measurement equipment. Our production line is equipped with Hexagon three-dimensional measuring machines, 2.5-dimensional image measuring machines, salt spray testers and other testing equipment, which can perform comprehensive and accurate dimensional measurement and performance testing on the stamped shielding units. By setting strict testing standards and processes, we ensure that each unit meets the design requirements in terms of size, shape, flatness, etc., thereby eliminating alignment errors caused by individual differences. Automated full inspection not only improves inspection efficiency, but also greatly reduces the risk of human error, ensuring product consistency and reliability.
