Salt spray resistance is tested to exceed 48 hours to support corrosion resistance in varied environments. External dimensions measure 120 × 66 × 25 mm, compatible with corresponding electronic modules. Material options include SECD steel, Aluminum 5052, and Aluminum 5754, selected according to application requirements. Flatness tolerance is controlled within 0.3 mm to maintain assembly consistency and fit accuracy.
